At this time, I provide custom massage therapy in 60 or 90-minute sessions. These sessions are tailored to your needs and condition at the time of service. Depending on the goal of your appointment, your session may include Swedish techniques, deep tissue, sports massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, hot stone, or other modalities.

​I am an independent massage therapist located in St. Charles County, Missouri providing massage as a supportive solution for stress relief, injury recovery, and overall well-being. Applying my extensive knowledge of physiology and body mechanics, I am able to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.

Previous Experience: Specialty women's gym and day spa, 4-star resort spa, and franchise spas.

Education: 1,000 hours (2010 Bellus Academy - Holistic Health Practitioner Program)
